Fabulous experience! From Llanelli to Bude, Cornwall, for a family wedding, and return 3 days later. Great value quote, driver Chris was so professional and friendly, ensuring our comfort and safety at all times. Totally stress and hassle free from pickup to bringing us back home, and on a Bank Holiday weekend too! Cannot recommend highly enough, and will most definitely use again! Myself and 2 friends used easy travel wales for a short stay 7th to 10th February ! Flying from Bristol airport ! Donna was the driver ! The drive to Bristol went smoothly Donna is a lovely young woman Very sociable and a brilliant driver On our return journey The M5 was closed at our turn off and we came across 2 closures along the M4. Its was a dark dreary foggy night !! Donna handled every very awkward situations/diversions with ease and confidence !!! Driving conditions in the fog were difficult but yet again Donna handled that with ease !! Donna helped us with our cases Donna even took my case up 1 flight of stairs to save me. I highly recommend this airport travel They go above and beyond !! Much appreciated. Thank you Donna !!
Booked for a return trip to Bristol Airport and I can highly recommend. We were contacted on the morning of our departure and informed that there were traffic issues and offered to leave earlier. Delayed on our return journey (late flight) and again this was no problem. The car was clean, Donna was a first class safe driver and it was like having a lift from a friend. Very good prices. We had an excellent experience with Chris at Easy Travel Wales for our transfer from Swansea to London Stansted. Chris was incredibly friendly, professional, and drove very safely, which made the journey relaxed and stress-free. We felt at ease travelling a with our two year old, thanks to his calm and kind manner. He was more than happy to accommodate any stops we requested along the way, nothing was too much trouble. What really stood out was his flexibility and understanding on our return journey, which was delayed by 19 hours. Despite this huge delay, Chris accommodated the change without any issues, showing outstanding customer service. I was given a card for Easy Travel Wales last week, I was looking for an 8 seater return from Gorseinon-Cardiff. Not only did they do the return, they also dropped everyone to their doors early hours in the morning. Anything we asked, such as stopping on the journey, they did without hesitation. They were on time and the communication for pick up and drop off was fantastic. Donna and Chris were extremely polite and helpful, and I will use them every-time we have a group event.
